Casey is the owner and sole provider at Hometown Health. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with a Masters Degree in Nursing. She has extensive training in Urgent Care Medicine and Medical Examinations. Certifications in peptide therapy, weight loss, & hormone replacement. She is a resident of Felicity and wanted to bring accessible healthcare options to her town. She has been in the healthcare field since 2013 with experience in primary care, urgent care, home health care, cardiac critical care, and insurance. Casey has a passion for helping everyone feel their best!

Ashley Davis - Registered Nurse

Ashley has been a registered nurse since 2017 and has experience in emergency nursing, gastroenterology, and neurology ICU nursing. Ashley is also a resident of Felicity, who is eager to serve her small town health needs.
